This form is only for appealing an unsuccessful application to one of the following types of schools in Royal Greenwich:

• a community primary or secondary school
• an academy primary school
• a voluntary controlled secondary school.

You cannot appeal if you have not applied for a place at the school.

Do not use this form to appeal if the school is an academy, foundation or voluntary aided school - in these cases, contact the school directly for a form.

The form will time out after ten minutes of inactivity. To avoid this, please prepare any supporting documents and your reasons for appeal before you press 'Begin this form'.
